If an e-ticket / mobile ticket which has been correctly validated prior to departure cannot be presented during the ticket inspection (e.g. forgotten online ticket, dead mobile phone battery, unreadable ticket), only the processing fee of CHF 30 will be charged. A copy or screenshot of the ticket must be sent to the encashment agency.
If the ticket was valid for the route travelled at the time of the ticket inspection, we will convert your invoice into the processing fee of CHF 30. If the ticket was not valid for the journey (date, route, class, etc.), the surcharges will be imposed.
It is not possible to present impersonal online tickets after the inspection.
